Gipsy Bevan

Having grown up on the Sunshine Coast, Gipsy brings a genuine connection to the region and a strong understanding of the local community. After relocating to New South Wales four years ago, she began her real estate career straight after graduating high school, starting in a reception role and progressing into a Property Management Assistant position. Through these roles, she developed a strong foundation in communication, organisation, and client care, working closely with tenants, landlords, and her property management team.

Now back on the Sunshine Coast, Gipsy is excited to continue building her career within the Ray White team. She is committed to learning, growing, and delivering reliable support to both clients and colleagues, bringing a positive and motivated approach to her role each day.

Outside of the office, Gipsy enjoys keeping active at the gym, spending time with friends, and cooking. She values balance in her life and takes pride in contributing to a supportive and professional team environment.
